This Privacy Policy explains how Healing Hands Wellness Cambodia (“Healing Hands”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit our website chiropractorcambodia.com, submit an enquiry or booking request, or complete a lead form (Instant Form) from one of our advertisements on Facebook or Instagram.

1. Who we are

Healing Hands Wellness Cambodia is a chiropractic clinic in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Our contact details are in section 12 below.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to respond to your enquiry and arrange your appointment:

  • Contact details: your name, phone number and, if you choose to give it, your email address.
  • Appointment preference: your preferred appointment time (for example weekday morning, weekday afternoon, weekend or flexible), and the service you enquired about.
  • Your message: anything you write in an enquiry form or send to us.
  • Technical information: when you use our website, standard information such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you view, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

Our website forms and lead forms do not ask for medical or health details. Please do not include them. Any health information needed for your care is collected separately, with your knowledge, when you attend the clinic.

3. How we receive your information

  • From you directly, when you complete a form on our website, contact us by phone, message or email, or visit the clinic.
  • From Meta lead forms. When you submit an Instant Form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes the details you entered to us so that we can contact you about your enquiry.

4. How we use your information

  • To contact you about your enquiry, by phone, messaging app or email.
  • To arrange, confirm, change or follow up on appointments. Submitting a form is a request only and does not confirm an appointment.
  • To keep records of enquiries and appointments and to manage our clinic administration.
  • To understand how our website and advertising are performing, using summary information.
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Third-party services

We use trusted third parties to run our website, advertising and enquiry handling. They process information only as needed to provide their service:

  • Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) provides the lead forms and advertising tools we use. Meta handles information under its own policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
  • Google provides website analytics and tag management (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager). Google handles information under its own policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Website hosting, form and IT providers, and online spreadsheet or cloud storage tools our team uses to manage enquiries, with access limited to authorised staff.

Some of these providers may store or process information outside Cambodia. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work and to measure how it is used. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the website works.

7. Advertising

We advertise on Meta platforms. If you interact with our ads, Meta may use that activity under its own policies. You can manage the ads you see in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, including limiting access to authorised staff who need it to handle your enquiry and using password-protected systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. How long we keep your information

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including handling your enquiry and appointment, keeping appropriate records and meeting legal obligations. After that we delete or anonymise it.

10. Your choices

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law. If you gave us your details through a Meta lead form, you can also manage your information within your Facebook or Instagram account.

11. Children and changes to this policy

Our website and advertising are not directed at people under 18. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to submit any enquiry for you. We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
